The breakfast room on the ground floor was a delightful start to my day. The lavish and varied buffet breakfast was like an art exhibition, with an array of tasty treats that made my taste buds dance.

It's a good hotel, it's up to expectations. Staff is very helpful, breakfasts on solid 4, linen and towels were changed every day, not all 4 ok, location is excellent, to the Duomo - 10 minutes leisurely step.
Soundproofing is not good, and noisy when the windows are open.

I'm a light sleeper and the hotel staff was really thoughtful in providing me a room with a bathtub and a kettle without even asking for it. The location of the hotel is great, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by many restaurants and fast food places. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are big. The breakfast is tasty and the person managing it is considerate, even when my baby made a mess. a big plus for a comfortable stay.
Felt very relaxed, no complaints at all.

This accommodation was in the central location close to cathedral. Stopped by Il Cantuccio di San Lorenzo to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.
Although everything was very good, some of the staff were a bit rude.

My stay at Hotel City was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better. Being just steps away from the train station made it so convenient to explore all the amazing sights of Florence. I loved being able to walk to the Domo, Academia, and Uffizi Galleries, as well as the beautiful churches. Plus, the nearby market and Mercato Centrale provided plenty of dining options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the pastries. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Florence.

We had a just perfect stay for 6 nights.
Clean hotel, appreciated to be really close to city center and train station and all the main tourist sights thanks to convenient and easy location. Brand-new and freshly decorated room with a huge modern bathroom was enjoyable. The staff were top-class and attentive, everything was very good.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Italy that exceeded all my expectations. the room was incredibly spacious, much larger than any others I've stayed in during my trip. The bathroom was also a standout feature, with lots of shelf space, a big comfortable shower, and it was spotlessly clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find a "dressing" room as well, which was a great addition. Another highlight was the memory foam bed and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast choices were fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.
